The Everest Muay Thai crestThe EverestMuay Thai

Facilities

Everything you
need, nothing
you don't

A real ring, proper bags, mat space and a strength area, all in a room with natural light and mountain air.

Take a look around

Built for training rather than for photographs, though it happens to photograph well.

The ring
01

The ring

A full competition ring, used for sparring, clinch rounds and fight preparation. On quieter afternoons it's the best place in the building to drill footwork.

Bag lines
02

Bag lines

Banks of Thai bags along the wall for rounds, technical volume and conditioning finishers. Always a free bag, even at peak times.

Mat space
03

Mat space

Dedicated matted floor for grappling, wrestling and ground work, and for the breakfalls everyone has to learn first.

Strength area
04

Strength area

Free weights, kettlebells and conditioning kit for the sessions that build the engine behind the technique.
