Terms & conditions
The rules,
in plain English
How enquiries become bookings, how paying works, and what you're agreeing to when you step onto the mat.
Last updated .
The short
version
- Sending an enquiry doesn't reserve anything. Your session is booked when we've replied and confirmed it.
- Rates are quoted to you directly and paid in person at the gym. There is no online payment on this site.
- The specific cancellation and refund policy hasn't been finalised yet, so this page doesn't pretend it has.
- Muay Thai, MMA, boxing and grappling carry a real risk of injury. You sign a waiver in person before you train.

An enquiry is not a confirmed booking
Sending the contact form, emailing us or messaging on WhatsApp starts a conversation. It doesn't hold a place in a class, reserve a camp, or commit either of us to anything.
Your training is booked when we've replied and confirmed it: the dates, the sessions, and the rate. If you haven't heard back from us, assume nothing is booked yet and chase us. We'd rather you did.
Rates and paying
Rates are quoted directly, for your dates and what you want to train. You pay in person at the gym. There is no checkout on this site and no card details are entered anywhere on it. That is a deliberate choice, not an oversight.
The rate we quote you is the rate you pay when you arrive, unless we tell you otherwise before you travel. Rates on published pricing options can change over time; a quote we've given you for specific dates doesn't change underneath you.
If you need an invoice or a written confirmation for a visa or an employer, ask when you book.
Changing or cancelling
Plans change, especially when trekking and flights are involved. Tell us as early as you can and we will sort it out with you directly.
The specific cancellation and refund policy is still to be confirmed. We are not going to print a notice period or a refund window here before the gym has actually agreed one. A rule invented on a website is worse than no rule at all. When it is settled it will be published on this page and dated.
In the meantime, two things are true regardless. Because nothing is paid online, there is never a card payment sitting with us to refund. And if we have to cancel a session at our end, we will tell you and put it right: a replacement session, a different time, or your money back if you've already paid.
Training and risk
This is
a contact
sport
You train at your own risk
Muay Thai, MMA, boxing and grappling involve physical contact, impact and hard effort. Injuries happen in every gym in the world that teaches them: bruises and sprains commonly, more serious injuries rarely. Coaching, matching people sensibly and controlling intensity reduce that risk. Nothing removes it.
By training here you accept that risk. In return we take it seriously: sessions are supervised, sparring is controlled and optional, and you are never obliged to do a drill you're not comfortable with. If you want to sit a round out, sit it out.
Your health, and telling us about it
You should be in good enough health to take part, and you are the best judge of that. If you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from illness, speak to a doctor first and tell a coach before you start. It changes how we coach you, and we'd far rather know.
Stop and tell someone if you feel unwell, dizzy or hurt. Nobody at this gym is impressed by training through a head knock.
The waiver is signed in person
There is no digital waiver on this website and nothing here asks you to sign anything. Any waiver or health declaration is handled at the gym, in person, before your first session. Reading this page isn't a substitute for it.
In the gym
Follow the coaches' instructions, look after your training partners, and keep the intensity where it was agreed. Turning up under the influence of alcohol or drugs isn't on. Neither is aggression towards anyone in the room.
We can ask anyone to stop training or to leave if their behaviour puts other people at risk. That is rare, and it is not a decision anyone takes lightly.
Age and kids' classes
We run dedicated kids' classes. A parent or guardian must make the enquiry, sign the waiver, and agree to a child taking part.
The minimum age for adult classes and the exact age bands for kids' classes are still to be confirmed and are agreed at the gym rather than stated here. Ask us before you travel if it matters to your plans.
Photography at the gym
Cameras
in the room
Photos and video are taken at the gym for the website and social media. If you would rather not be in them, tell a coach: before the session, at the session, whenever. It is not a problem and you don't need a reason.
If you appear in a photograph already published on this site or on our social accounts and want it removed, contact us and we'll take it down. That is also covered in the privacy policy.
If you are filming or photographing your own training, ask the people in shot first. Plenty of people are happy to be filmed and some aren't, and the only way to know is to ask.
About this website
What's
on here
This site is here to tell you about the gym and get you in touch. The timetable, the programmes and the travel notes are a guide: sessions and times can change, and the version we confirm by message is the one that counts. Check with us before you build a trip around a particular class.
We keep the site as accurate as we can but we can't promise it is complete or error-free at every moment, and we can't promise it will always be available.
Where we link out (maps, social accounts, travel information), those sites are run by other people under their own terms. We don't control them and we aren't responsible for what's on them.
The text, photographs and the crest used on this site aren't free to reuse. If you'd like to use something of ours, ask us first; the answer is usually yes.
Responsibility and law
Where
responsibility
sits
Limits on our responsibility
Training is at your own risk, as set out above, and we aren't responsible for injuries that come with taking part in a contact sport properly supervised.
Bring only what you need. Personal belongings are your own responsibility while you're at the gym, and we can't take responsibility for anything lost, damaged or taken.
We also aren't responsible for costs beyond the training itself: flights, accommodation or travel booked around a session that later changes. That is why we ask you to confirm with us before you book anything expensive.
What this section does not do is try to sign away responsibility that the law says we keep. Nothing here limits our liability for anything that cannot be limited under the law of Nepal, and the exact scope of this clause is precisely the sort of thing the legal review needs to settle.
Law, and changes to these terms
The gym operates in Nadipur-3, Pokhara, Nepal, and these terms are governed by the law of Nepal.
If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them. The next substantial change will be a reviewed version replacing this one.

Not sure where you stand?
Ask before you book anything. We'd rather answer a question now than sort out a misunderstanding when you land.
No online payment. We confirm your session by message and you pay at the gym.
