How booking
works

  1. Message us

Send a WhatsApp message or fill in the form with your dates and what you'd like to train. A line or two is plenty to get started.

  2. We confirm the session and the rate

We reply with the session that fits, when to arrive, and exactly what it costs. Everything is agreed before you commit to anything.

  3. You pay at the gym

Settle up in person when you turn up. Cash or however suits, sorted at the desk before you train.

There is no online payment anywhere on this site. No checkout, no card details and no deposit. Everything is settled in person at the gym.

Send an enquiry

Everything except the message is optional if you'd rather keep it short. We reply by email.

Prefer to chat? Message us on WhatsApp.

When we
are open

Opening hours are confirmed directly rather than published here. Message us and we'll tell you when the gym is open, which sessions are running that week, and the best time to come in for your first class.

The timetable gives you the shape of a normal week, and the location page covers getting here from wherever you are staying in Pokhara.

Common
questions

Do I need any experience to start?+

No. A large share of people who walk through the door have never trained before. Beginner classes start from stance and guard, and coaches scale every drill to your level.

Do I need my own gear?+

Not to begin with. Gloves, shin guards and pads are available at the gym. Most people pick up their own wraps and gloves once they're training regularly.

How do I book?+

Message us on WhatsApp or send an email with the dates you'd like to train. We'll confirm a session and you pay at the gym when you arrive. There is no online checkout to work through.

How do I pay?+

In person at the gym. We'll confirm the rate with you before you come, so there are no surprises when you get here.

Can I drop in while travelling?+

Yes. Single sessions and weekly options are available, which suits trekkers and travellers passing through Pokhara.

Do you run women's and kids' classes?+

All classes are mixed and beginner-friendly, and we run dedicated kids' sessions. Get in touch for current times.
