Common
questions
Do I need any experience to start?+
No. A large share of people who walk through the door have never trained before. Beginner classes start from stance and guard, and coaches scale every drill to your level.
Do I need my own gear?+
Not to begin with. Gloves, shin guards and pads are available at the gym. Most people pick up their own wraps and gloves once they're training regularly.
How do I book?+
Message us on WhatsApp or send an email with the dates you'd like to train. We'll confirm a session and you pay at the gym when you arrive. There is no online checkout to work through.
How do I pay?+
In person at the gym. We'll confirm the rate with you before you come, so there are no surprises when you get here.
Can I drop in while travelling?+
Yes. Single sessions and weekly options are available, which suits trekkers and travellers passing through Pokhara.
Do you run women's and kids' classes?+
All classes are mixed and beginner-friendly, and we run dedicated kids' sessions. Get in touch for current times.
How do I get there?+
We're in Nadipur-3, Pokhara. Message us and we'll send directions and the best way to reach the gym from where you're staying.
