Staying
a while?

Plenty of people train here for weeks or months at a time: between treks, on a long stay, or because they moved to Pokhara and never left.

Weekly
Seven days of unlimited training, the usual choice for trekkers and travellers stopping in Pokhara.
Monthly
A full month on the timetable, with time to actually build something.
Long stay
Three months and beyond for anyone settling in to train seriously. Rates discussed directly.
Private sessions
One-to-one coaching, booked around your schedule and goals.

How payment
works

Everything is settled in person at the gym. You message us to confirm a session or a block of training, we tell you the rate up front, and you pay when you arrive.

There is no online checkout and no card details to enter anywhere on this site. That is deliberate. It keeps things simple for short visits and means group and long-stay rates can be agreed properly rather than squeezed into a fixed price list.

If you need an invoice or a written confirmation for a visa or employer, just ask when you book.

Common
questions

Do I need any experience to start?+

No. A large share of people who walk through the door have never trained before. Beginner classes start from stance and guard, and coaches scale every drill to your level.

Do I need my own gear?+

Not to begin with. Gloves, shin guards and pads are available at the gym. Most people pick up their own wraps and gloves once they're training regularly.

How do I book?+

Message us on WhatsApp or send an email with the dates you'd like to train. We'll confirm a session and you pay at the gym when you arrive. There is no online checkout to work through.

How do I pay?+

In person at the gym. We'll confirm the rate with you before you come, so there are no surprises when you get here.

Can I drop in while travelling?+

Yes. Single sessions and weekly options are available, which suits trekkers and travellers passing through Pokhara.

Do you run women's and kids' classes?+

All classes are mixed and beginner-friendly, and we run dedicated kids' sessions. Get in touch for current times.

How do I get there?+

We're in Nadipur-3, Pokhara. Message us and we'll send directions and the best way to reach the gym from where you're staying.
